Abstract:TSDFEM is simulation software for thermal stresses distribution from loading state to the steady state passing the transient states. It helps to predict the failure of the material under heat distribution influences. Parallel computing is required to make the calculation of Heat distribution and thermal stresses distribution using Finite Element Analysis methods faster. The case study which our research involve at is to find the thermal stresses distribution thus the thermal deformation which might be occur around the heat resources, Ex. Cylindrical heaters in an acrylic specimen, and predict the places of the failure of the structure. The goals are to speed up the calculation process as well to increase the accuracy of the result’s prediction by increasing the amount of the manipulated data which permit us to have more precise results.
